SMS Terms

KnoqKnoq, operated by Trusspoint Technologies, LLC, sends text messages to the customers of contractors and service businesses that invoice through it. These terms cover those texts.
What you'll receive
Texts from KnoqKnoq about work a business did for you: a link to view and pay an invoice, a receipt when your payment is received, and reminders about an invoice that is still unpaid. Each text starts with "KnoqKnoq:" and says which business the invoice is from. We don't send marketing or promotional texts.
How you agree to them
You get these texts because you gave your mobile number to the business for the work and agreed to get invoice texts from KnoqKnoq. Businesses that use KnoqKnoq must have your consent (see section 4 of our Terms of Service), and they confirm in KnoqKnoq that you agreed before your first text. How customers agree to texts from KnoqKnoq shows what the business asks you and how your answer is recorded.
How often
Message frequency varies with your invoices, usually a few texts per invoice. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, STOPALL, or REVOKE) to any text to stop all KnoqKnoq texts to your number, from every business. You may receive one message confirming it, and nothing after that. Reply START to get texts again.

Your number stays private
We don't sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number and consent are shared only with the providers that deliver the texts, such as our messaging provider and wireless carriers. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
